ORDERS & SHIPPING
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most Strange Treasure items are made especially for you after you place your order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order is carefully packaged and shipped.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items ordered, but most customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks. During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, production and shipping may take a little longer.
We believe creating products on demand helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a much wider variety of unique designs than traditional retail stores.
WHY ARE ITEMS MADE TO ORDER?
At Strange Treasure, we create each item especially for you after your order is placed rather than producing large quantities in advance. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste while allowing us to offer a much wider variety of unique designs and products.
Made-to-order production also means your item wasn't sitting in a warehouse waiting for someone to discover it—it's created just for you. While this process may take a little longer than mass-market retail, we believe it's a more thoughtful, sustainable way to bring new treasures into the world.
WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
Many Strange Treasure items are produced by specialized manufacturing partners, and some products may be created and shipped from different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Don't worry—this doesn't mean anything is missing! If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
We're always working to get your treasures to you as efficiently as possible, but occasional split shipments are a normal part of offering such a diverse collection of unique products.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that tracking updates may take a little time to appear after your shipping label is created. If your tracking information hasn't updated right away, don't worry—it's usually just making its way through the carrier's system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because most Strange Treasure items are made especially for you after you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details and sizing information before placing an order. Size guides are provided whenever available to help you choose the best fit.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.
Our goal is for every customer to be delighted with their purchase, and we'll always do our best to provide a fair and helpful resolution when problems arise.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
We want every Strange Treasure order to arrive exactly as intended. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we review the information, we'll work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Our goal is simple: if we made a mistake or something went wrong during production or shipping, we'll do our best to make it right.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because most Strange Treasure items are made to order, we begin processing them shortly after an order is placed.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
PRODUCTS & SIZING
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
We recommend reviewing the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order. Because sizing can vary between different products and manufacturers, checking the measurements is the best way to ensure the fit that's right for you.
If you're between sizes or unsure which option to choose, we generally recommend comparing the listed measurements to a favorite item you already own. Taking a few moments to check sizing before ordering can help avoid disappointment, as we are unable to offer exchanges for incorrect size selection on made-to-order items.
WILL COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THEY DO ON THE SCREEN?
We do our best to display product colors and artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, and display brightness.
Because many Strange Treasure products are professionally printed to order, minor variations in color and placement may occur from one item to another. These small differences are a normal part of the production process and help make each piece uniquely yours.
Rest assured, we work with trusted production partners and strive to ensure every item meets our quality standards.
ARE STRANGE TREASURE PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLY MADE?
We believe creating products on demand is a more thoughtful alternative to traditional mass production. Instead of manufacturing large quantities in advance, most Strange Treasure items are made only after an order is placed.
This approach helps reduce overproduction and excess inventory while allowing us to offer a wide variety of unique designs and products. Many of our products also incorporate recycled or responsibly sourced materials whenever available.
While no manufacturing process is entirely impact-free, we're committed to making choices that balance creativity, quality, and a more sustainable approach to commerce.
ARE ITEMS QUALITY TESTED?
Absolutely. We regularly order and evaluate product samples to ensure they meet our standards for quality, comfort, durability, and overall presentation.
Because Strange Treasure offers a wide variety of products, not every item has been personally tested yet. However, we carefully review our manufacturing partners, inspect samples whenever possible, and continually evaluate new products before expanding our collection.
If a product doesn't earn our expectations, it doesn't earn a place in our treasure chest.
